• Access to our private Discord community is provided on a monthly subscription basis

• Access is contingent on active subscription status and compliance with these Terms

4.2 Educational Video Content

• Videos are available for individual purchase on a pay-as-you-go basis
• Each video purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to view the content

5. Subscription Terms and Payment

5.1 Subscription Fees

• Discord community subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be changed with 30 days' notice
• Payments are processed through Stripe

5.2 Video Purchase Fees

• Pay-as-you-go video content is charged on a per-video basis
• Fees are stated at the time of purchase
• All fees are in GBP unless otherwise stated

5.3 Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in advance
• You authorise us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Failed or delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of access

5.4 Refunds

• Subscription refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by UK consumer law
• Video refunds: Video purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where the content is materially defective or as required by UK consumer law
• Refund requests must be submitted to matt@fulfilledby.co.uk within 7 days with explanation

5.5 Cancellation

• You may cancel your Discord subscription at any time through Launchpass
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of your paid period

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Ownership

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to:

• Video content and educational materials
• Text, graphics, images, and audio
• Discord community content created by us
• Software, code, and functionality
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

6.2 Your Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and view purchased video content for personal, non-commercial use only
• Participate in the Discord community subscription service

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Service
• Record, screenshot, or capture video content by any means
• Share, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense any content to third parties
• Upload or distribute our content on any platform (including YouTube, social media, file-sharing sites, etc.)
• Use our content to create derivative works or competing products
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Share access credentials or allow others to access content through your account
• Use content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

6.4 Enforcement

• We actively monitor for unauthorised use and distribution of our content
• Violation of these IP restrictions will result in immediate account termination
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action for unauthorised use, including claims for damages and injunctive relief
• You agree to indemnify us for any losses resulting from your unauthorised use or distribution of our content

7. Discord Community Rules

By accessing our Discord community, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect
• Not share or redistribute any information, materials, or content from the community outside of Discord
• Not use information from the community to create competing products or services
• Not spam, harass, or engage in disruptive behaviour
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not invite unauthorised persons to the community
• Not to promote services that aren't officially partnered with fulfilledby.
• Not to put the fulfilledby. brand into disrepute via the Discord community.

Confidentiality: Information shared within the Discord community is confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, or use such information outside the community without express permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Share your account or allow unauthorised access
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or copy content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

9. Termination

• All licenses granted to you immediately terminate
• You must cease all use of Service content and materials
• You must delete any downloaded content
• Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive

• We make no guarantees about business success or earnings from using our materials
