Receiving and inspection
Your stock arrives directly from your supplier. Our team unpacks, counts, and inspects every unit, comparing what arrives against your manifest. Any missing or damaged items are flagged straight away so you can chase suppliers immediately.
Product preparation
Different products need different prep. Loose items need poly bags, fragile products need bubble wrap, multipack bundles need to be assembled and sealed. Our experienced team knows exactly what Amazon requires for each product category. No guesswork, no rejections.
FNSKU labelling
Every single unit gets your unique FNSKU label printed and applied precisely. This label tells Amazon that this product belongs to your seller account when it arrives at their warehouse, meaning you get paid when it sells, not someone else.
Box and shipment creation
Units are packed into boxes following Amazon's exact shipment plan from Seller Central. Carton labels are attached, box contents are logged, and each shipment is built to Amazon's specs to avoid check-in delays at their fulfilment centres.
Carrier collection
Once your shipment is packed and ready, UPS collect from our warehouse. You'll get tracking details and can monitor progress in Seller Central. The whole process from receiving your stock to handover to UPS typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
Live on Amazon
After UPS collection, your stock typically takes 3 to 20 days to be received, checked in, and moved to Fulfillable status at Amazon's fulfilment centre. Once it's live, Amazon handles storage, picking, packing, shipping and customer service. Your job is to keep sourcing.
